Salesforce Business and Technical Design Analyst
Our client’s mission is to provide access to affordable health care for Los Angeles residents and to support the safety net required to achieve that purpose.
DUTIES
The Salesforce Business and Technical Design Analyst will support in satisfying business requirements & business process flows while participating in the development and software delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions. The Salesforce Business & Technical Design Analyst will participate in full software development life cycle from UI/ UX and technical design to development, testing and deployment of the client solution on Salesforce platform leveraging, fully Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities. This position may use APEX and Visualforce to create unique customer-based solutions, and participate in the estimation and timeline processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Equivalent: In lieu of Degree, relevant experience may be considered.
 
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
 
Preferred:
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Application Architect

EXPERIENCE

Required
With Bachelor's Degree: At least 6-8 years of IT experience with 4 years of Salesforce experience.
Experience in the concepts and methodologies of enterprise and application architecture.
Experience in back-end development of Salesforce including but not limited to design of data models, a strong knowledge of SOQL, and usage of web technologies.
Experience with configuration and customization.
Must have Apex/Visualforce Experience.
 
Equivalent Experience:
With High School Diploma/GED: At least 12 years of IT experience with 4 years of Salesforce experience.
With Associate's Degree: At least 9 years of IT experience with 4 years of Salesforce experience.
 
Preferred:
Service Cloud experience.
