Job Description
If you have an affinity for technology and the medical field, then this is the company for you! We are working to change the way people manage their clinical trials. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This position collaborates closely with various departments in our company to procure and drive new business, as well as ensure successful distribution of our company’s solutions. The Sales Engineer will pull experience in cloud platforms, enterprise communication systems, healthcare IT, and enterprise software to identify and develop the most effective solutions.
 
What you’ll do in this position:
  • Take part in the customer sales process to fully grasp strategies and needs, and identify business and technical requirements for various solutions
  • Drive revenue by suggesting the most adequate solution for customers
  • Provide support for Operations, Business Development, Engineering, and Product in designing, vetting, positioning, and configuring our company’s technology to give customer solutions and adhere to industry standards
  • Use your technical expertise and credibility with customer IT stakeholders
  • Act as primary technical contact for both customer and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical insight into business development and various other customer facing deliverables
  • Give insight into initial solution implementation and deployment in customer environment
 
What we’re looking for:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technology and software field or related work experience
  • Solid knowledge within real time video communications
  • Very strong familiarity with mobile device management and troubleshooting issues in that environment
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork skills and a proven history working with customers and internal partners on technical issues
  • Very strong problem solving and analytical skills; strong decision making skills
  • A strong self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven command and experience with enterprise software, mobile applications and cloud platforms
  • Experience with hospital and health system software is a plus
