We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Network Service to join our team. This position will be in charge of the Global Voice and Data Network’s strategic direction, operation management, and technical design. This position will also collaborate with our will call center leadership team to design and construct our company’s Contact Center, ACD, etc. to optimize our Sales and Service organization’s operational efficiency and capabilities. The candidate in this position will also take the lead for our company’s budget and recognizing opportunities for making the company cost effective.
 
What you’ll need to succeed in this position:
 
  • Hands on management skills with strong leadership and technical skills
  • Solid experience providing support for call center environments (including but not limited to: Cisco, Avaya, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge with enterprise management networks and technical experience with Cisco technology (such as VoIP, routing, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of network management experience
  • Very strong skills in analysis, time management, and communication with a fantastic ability to lead various competing high priority initiatives
  • At least 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting data and voice networks
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with an ability to develop RFPs and contract negotiation
  • CCNA/CCDA Certification (current or previously held) or other technical certifications
 
A plus if you have the following:
 
  • Experience with progression in the network engineering field (former network engineers welcome!)
  • A current or previously held CCNP/CCDP certification or other advanced technical certifications
  • ITIL v3 certification
  • Experience managing Cisco UCCE/UCCx contact center platforms
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela and/or Meraki), ZScaler/Palo Alto cloud security, SilverPeak WAN Accelerators, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco or Polycom Video Conferencing
